Speaker Reordering

• Dashboard Users can now order/reorder the Speakers on Agenda Cards/Agenda Detail pages.

• The “Create New Directory” screen only contains the “Name” field. The directory type can be specified on the following edit screen
  
• Per page amount setting has been added back to the Directory Edit page
  
• Added no index, no follow to Event sites to prevent Google from indexing site
  
• Added an internal scroll within the dashboard Forms edit page
  
• Agenda items now require an end time in dashboard as well as the importer
  
• Updated localization to include the notifications header text
  

• Fixed a bug with short codes not working in reg forms
  
• Fixed a bug with missing css within the mobile app
  
• Fixed a bug with multi select checkboxes not displaying the associated field label in reg forms
  
• Fixed a bug with dynamic groups not showing the correct attendees if checkbox was not true
