Once you've scoped out your project, you'll be assigned a production team that includes a producer, a coordinator, and a frontend developer. Your team schedules weekly meetings, provide project timelines, and partners with you to share best practices for virtual events.
Your production team kicks things off internally at Eventfinity with an all-department meeting to talk about your specific project. Then, we'll start weekly meetings with you and your team, and stakeholders. We are experts at helping you get from nothing to something very quickly on our digital platform.
Weekly meetings not enough? Get to know your producers very well. We are used to late-night text messages and last-minute changes. Each call starts with a personal check-in with each other as humans before we dive into your project details.
We've seen it all, or almost all of it, by now. Our production team has a wealth of best practices on how to use our platform and how to pull off a virtual event that breaks conventions to stand above the rest.
Live documents, timelines, processes, and project workbooks live on our shared file server. We're happy to grant you access to our file sharing platform or you can sync us up with yours. However we get it done, our shared documents ensure version control and file storage is never a limiting factor in the success of your events.
